Born in Berlin, Germany in 1989, classical guitarist Katrin Endrikat is a passionate, innovative solo and chamber musician dedicated to finding new ways to engage her audiences. Katrin discovered her love for the guitar when she was just 9 years old. Ever since then, the guitar has been her best friend, accompanying her on her performances throughout Germany, Canada and the United States.
A dedicated soloist, Katrin gave her NYC debut at the Clemente Soto Velez Theater in 2012 and has appeared in leading concert series including the International Guitar Symposium in Iserlohn and the Wolf & Lehmann Guitar Concert Series in Berlin.
As a chamber musician, Katrin has performed with the Duo Bachianas with American bassoonist Michael Zuber and enjoys experimenting with arrangements and performing in unusual venues throughout the area including the Yale Art Gallery in collaboration with Yale artist Cathleen
