LOLLA LOVES BERKLEE

The partnership between Lollapalooza and Berklee College of Music is the stuff that music infused dreams are made of. By blending the leading college for contemporary music with an iconic music festival, we celebrate creative education and growth. Since 2011, this partnership has resulted in scholarship awards for a total of 14 talented musicians as well as the incredible opportunity for Berklee students to perform live on a Lollapalooza stage in front of thousands of people.

The educational gifts include an annual four-year, full-tuition award given to a promising young musician to attend Berklee College of Music (beginning Fall 2016), the Berklee Lollapalooza Five-Week Scholarship to attend the Summer 2016 session, and last but not least the opportunity for a Berklee alumni band, Honeysuckle, to perform at Lollapalooza 2016. In addition, students will host a silent concert at Kidzapalooza this year.Introducing this year’s group of mega-talented recipients…
