Playing around with a few pedals. I love how effects pedals don't just add an extra dimension to your guitar tone they can also lead you down all sorts of creative pathways.
My pedal chain in this video is: Whampler British Overdrive into EQD Hoof, Bit Commander and Rainbow Machine then into an Eventide H9 for reverb and just out of shot my Boss DD-20 for Delay.
The Bit Commander and Rainbow Machine by Earthquaker Devices make some really interesting sounds when you put them next to each other in your chain. The noise that sounds like a jet plane taking off at the start, that's those two pedals together.
For the guitar solo section, I use the Organizer and The Hoof by EQD to thicken out my tone. The Organizer can make some pretty out there sounds, personally I like to turn down the choir and the lag settings and use use the Octave Down or/and Octave Up feature to add a note below/above the one played on my guitar.
Everything is coloured by lush Reverb sounds from the Eventide H9.
